While the Corporate Transparency Act judicial ping pong ball is now on the side of enforcement, it makes sense to just get it done. The key issues is who must do it and when do changes need to be filed. Here's the summaries from FinCen itself (note they are not updated on the most recent court decisions) https://www.fincen.gov/.../BOI_Small_Compliance_Guide.v1... The biggest exemptions are for non profits and for companies who have over 20 FT employees AND $5M domestic revenues. Our attorneys nationwide are available to our members at no cost www.BizPowerX2.com Attend our February 19 EPCC meeting to learn more from our Oregon SOS Small Business Omsbudsman Trevor Leahy on the subject.
