EPCC is excited to continue our Education Series on first Wednesdays in the afternoons. Join us each month for a different educational workshop designed to support small business owners and managers.

You’ll gain simple, adaptable tools to create more psychological safety, communicate clearly in uncertain times, and better support the humans you work with. The workshop is led by David Baer, Owner of The Prepared Group, who works with organizations on revenue growth, expense reduction, and expense mitigation.
