Setting Up Your Business for Success

EPCC is excited to offer this Education Series on first Wednesdays. We kicked things off with a 3 part series about crafting a business plan; next we will dive into business logistics. 

May's Education Series event will be a 2 part presentation about Setting Up Your Business for Success. First, we will invite Trevor Leahy, Small Business Ombudsman with the Oregon Secretary of State, to share how to set up your business with the SOS, factors to consider about  entity types, and more. 

After a quick break, we will continue with Scott Hendison of Search Commander, Inc. to give an overview of setting up your business communication in terms of your software like website, email address, social media, email marketing etc. 

Attendees will walk away with an understanding of best practices for business startups. Existing businesses will be able to confirm they are set up for success!
