East Portland Update - TriMet

TriMet is committed to making our region an inclusive, sustainable and vibrant place to live and work. Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) can help achieve this by delivering high density housing and mixed-use destinations close to transit. Guy Benn (Program Manager) and Fiona Lyon (Design Manager) lead TriMet’s TOD Program and will give an overview of the program and highlight investments already underway in East Portland/East County. They will also give an overview of the Eastside Park & Ride Study at the E. 122^nd/ Menlo Park and E. 181^st Ave Park & Rides, where TriMet is exploring potential development concepts that help the community and neighborhoods.
