About Our Presenter:

Craig Wigginton is a seasoned business consultant and Founder of EuPraxis Consulting, where he helps companies doing $1M-$100M transition from being Founder-Led to Leadership Team-Led. Craig specializes in implementing scalable systems that create predictable revenue and sustainable growth. His work empowers leadership teams to align around a clear vision and execute consistently using practical tools and proven processes. Craig’s career began as a Systems Manager at Precision Estimating, Inc., where he led software and UX teams to streamline material estimating and delivery processes across the supply chain. He later served as VP of Business Development at QuoteCenter, using his expertise in software product management and the building industry to create an online marketplace that connected sales associates with special-order vendors. The company was acquired by The Home Depot in 2013. At The Home Depot, Craig led the national rollout of the QuoteCenter platform, integrating it into over 2,000 Pro Desks and growing platform sales from $25M to $1.5B in five years. He left in 2018 to launch EuPraxis Consulting, where he now guides entrepreneurial businesses toward sustainable growth. Through EuPraxis, Craig works closely with clients to eliminate inefficiencies, clarify cultural and missional values, and ensure alignment across leadership teams. His approach creates good habits that help businesses increase efficiency and scalability, giving owners and executives peace of mind and confidence to grow profitably and frustration free.
