Member Spotlight - Small Business Utility Advocates

We're really looking forward to hearing some updates from the Small Business Utility Advocates! 

SBUA Oregon or "Small Business Utility Advocates", is an organization that dedicates its advocacy to achieving fair and reasonable utility rates for small businesses in the state of Oregon. This presentation will be led by SBUA Oregon's legal counsel Diane Henkels and technical assistant Guillermo Castillo to introduce the audience on how SBUA Oregon represents the small business customer class through litigation to ensure utility companies and the government agency, the Public Utility Commission (PUC) continue to ensure Oregon's small business are treated fairly. This presentation will also be an update on what the organization has accomplished lately as well as details regarding 2023 energy policy to watch out for that will impact small businesses regarding their future utility and energy use/needs.
