The Oregon Department of Transportation is working to make outer SE Powell Boulevard a safer place for everyone.

Safety improvements are nearly complete on SE Powell Boulevard between SE 122nd Avenue and SE 136th Avenue. We thank you for your patience and cooperation throughout construction. Design work is now underway on the next phase of the project, which will improve the remainder of the outer Powell corridor from I-205 (SE 99th Avenue) to the Portland/Gresham city limits east of SE 174th Avenue.

Phase 1 of the project began by making improvements to SE Powell Boulevard between SE 122nd Avenue and SE 136th Avenue. Visit the different stations to review these recently completed transportation improvements and the initial designs for the remainder of the corridor in Phase 2.

• Phase 1 – Recently completed improvements from SE 122nd Avenue to SE 136th Avenue.

• Phase 2 – SE 99th Avenue to SE 122nd Avenue and SE 136th Avenue to the Portland/Gresham city limits just east of SE 174th Avenue.
