Breaking Down Barriers: An Insider's View of Modern Employment

Troy Rulmyr, has created over a thousand jobs for people who experience barriers to employment. It is with this knowledge that he has gained his perspective on what creates barriers, and what it takes to move past them, getting people meaningful jobs. He uses this information to help local companies create inclusive and diverse teams, and establishes partnerships between people who need employment and the Employers that need quality employees.
