Monthly Review Service - (current rate $90/hr- 2 hr minimum per month of data reviewed).

Monthly Batch Service - (current rate $80/hr- 2 to 10 hrs per month of data entered). 

• debit & credit entry
• credit card entry
• loan payment & interest entry
• free retention of basic documents

Real Time Service - (current rate $80/hr- typical range 10 to 30 hrs per month of data entered. Everything included in Batch Service above, plus the following:)

• mail receiving
• hard copy document retention 
• digital scanning of primary documents
• accounts payable 
• vendor updates
• W-9 requests & maintenance
• accounts receivable 
• customer updates

Quickbooks Training (current rate $150/hr, 2 hr minimum; includes 1/2 hr prep, 1 hr training, 1/2 hr follow up notes and emails.)

All work is billed by the hour in quarter-hour increments. Training is in your books with your numbers.

We also offer the following Service Option Add-Ons:

• Registered Agent Services (RA) $150 annually 
• Personal Property Tax Return (PPTR) $95 annually
